By accessing or using Ludo Nexus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Ludo Nexus is a free multiplayer online board game currently in beta. Features, availability, and content may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• You may create one account per person
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Guest play is available without an account, but stats will not be saved

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation tools (bots, scripts)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt game servers or infrastructure
• Impersonate other players or Ludo Nexus staff

All game assets, code, design, and content are the property of Ludo Nexus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without explicit permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. As a beta product, features may change or be removed at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludo Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or abuse. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
